The Republican’s campaign said it raised $34.8 million from small-dollar donors in less than seven hours following the historic verdict Thursday afternoon that convicted the former president of 34 counts of falsifying business records. Organised Labour has announced an indefinite nationwide strike beginning Monday, June 3rd, in response to the federal government's failure to finalise negotiations on a new national minimum wage and reverse the power tariff increase. It was was exclusively reported on Friday that Organised Labour under the aegis of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and its Trade Union Congress of Nigeria, TUC, counterpart, might declare a nationwide strike from Monday if the tripartite committee on the new national minimum wage failed to meet the expectations of Labour.
